How can there be such a big event at Bowl Incline?
Bowl Incline has spent considerable time and resources creating an event space. Custom-made flooring has been designed to cover the bowling lanes, transforming them into a dining area, dance floor, and more. For this night, Bowl Incline will be completely transformed into the Crab Feed.
Will there be crab at Crab Feed?
Guess what? There will be! Thank you for your patience over the last two years while crab was unavailable to our venue due to the canceled crab season. This year, Bowl Incline chefs have secured a vendor to ensure we have incredible crab as our main entree as well as an incredible chicken and pasta dish.
What should I wear?
The vibe is upscale and elevated nautical. Think of what you’d wear next to a beautiful yacht: sun shining, a nice breeze, around friends, and perfect temperature. Dress to impress with a touch of coastal nautical elegance!
Who is the auctioneer?
Glad you asked, we are so lucky that Tom Riles, with 17 years experience opening for the Ellen Degeneres show and multiple Emmy winner, is coming all the way from Nashville to join us! He is going to help us raise the money for IHS, as well as make us laugh and enjoy the night even more.
How do I donate a silent auction item, buy in party, or live auction item?

What payment methods are accepted at the event?
You will add a credit card to your account, and all charges will be billed to your bidder number and ultimately to the card on file. The Bowl Incline bar will accept cash and cards. Donations to the Crab Pot will also be processed through your bidder number linked to your credit card (no cash is accepted by Crab Pot).
I want my charges to not go on my credit card but would prefer to write a check or do a special transfer to save on fees. Is this possible?
Yes, absolutely, and we appreciate it! Please email Tara at tara.cannon347@gmail.com or notify staff at registration that you do not want the card on file charged.
Is there assigned seating?
Tables are assigned, but specific seating at each table is not.

What happens if we have a huge snowstorm?
The Crab Feed is planned to take place rain, shine, or snow! However, the safety of our guests is our top priority. If severe weather conditions make it unsafe to proceed, we will notify attendees via email with any changes or updates to the event.
In the very unlikely event of a cancellation, we will explore options for rescheduling, and any relevant details will be communicated promptly. Be sure to check your email leading up to the event for the latest information.
Do I receive a ticket?
Physical tickets will not be issued. By purchasing tickets or a sponsorship, your name and the names of your guests will be added to our attendees list. Simply check in when you arrive at the event!
